Parish

We are uniquely connected to two churches after the amalgamation of Lindfield and Killara Parishes.

Holy Family Catholic Primary School, Lindfield, is a Parish School linked to both Holy Family Church at Lindfield and the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church at Killara. We maintain very strong ties with the Lindfield–Killara Parish.

Our Parish warmly welcomes parishioners to join family groups that meet socially and support one another, especially throughout the school years.

Many of our parents are actively involved in Parish ministries, serving as readers, altar servers, musicians, and communion ministers.

Together, our school and Parish regularly co-ordinate Social Justice projects, encouraging students to live out the values of compassion, service, and justice. Each grade hosts a Sunday morning Mass during term time, with students taking on a variety of ministries. Parish community members are also invited to serve on the School Board.

The Sacramental program is Parish-based and supported by dedicated units within the school curriculum. Parents from the school frequently take on leadership roles within the Sacramental groups.

We are very fortunate to have our church located next to our school. This provides students with many opportunities to be part of our Church community and highlights the strong relationship between our Parish and school.
